The hotel offers a mix of positives like clean and spacious rooms, but they are let down by the small and dirty smoking room. The service was very helpful and accommodating, though the dining options were not as varied as expected. The location is prime near malls and restaurants, making it convenient for guests.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were much nicer, bigger, and well-decorated, making it a real bonus to have the pool and fitness court on the same floor. However, there was a slight issue with cleanliness as there was a bad initial smell despite my request for the staff to spray air freshener beforehand.

The hotel's location in the heart of Gulberg is excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. While the rooms didn't match the pictures and were small, being a smoking room made it dirty and cramped. The service was a mix of helpfulness and unusual requests, with room for improvement in accommodating late checkouts. The dining experience, with a variety of dishes needing improvement in quality, lacked diversity. The facilities were satisfactory, and the value for money was debatable.
